Denise has assisted with the purchase of 2 homes for our family. The first was our son a few years ago. She is also very flexible and accommodating - she even allowed me to complete paperwork in her office after 9pm when my schedule necessitated it. Of particular importance to me, Denise explained everything so well that you always understood exactly what was going on and knew what to expect in each upcoming step of the process. On closing day, not only did she bring a gift, but she said, "I don't go away after closing; don't hesitate to reach out if you need resources & recommendations"....and I felt that she MEANT it. Denise Johnson-Wilson recently assisted me with the purchase of a new investment property.
